primeNumberの共同創業者でありCIOである山本はエンジニア出身でありながら経営者でもあり、コードを書く時間がありませんでした。そこで30日間Claude Codeのサブエージェントに全力で取り組んだ結果、真の突破口はエージェントそのものではなく、エージェントにデータを供給するレイヤーにあると気づきました。コーディングの枠を超えて応用できるオーケストレーター+サブエージェントのパターンと、成功・失敗の率直な記録を共有します。
